OMG, Balenciaga's Platform Crocs Just Arrived in a Black Colorway
Studded and ready for stomping.
At last, Balenciaga‘s anticipated platform Crocs have arrived. This time, the statement shoe comes in a black iteration complete with “Balenciaga” branded charms and exaggerated studs. Crafted from a Crocs Croslite™ material with maximum shock absorption, the composition is antibacterial, odor and water-resistant. The slip-on style takes on the classic shape of the “ugly” rubber sandal, and elevates it with an exaggerated sole in true Demna Gvasalia fashion.
When the shoes were first debuted on the runway at Balenciaga’s Spring/Summer 2018 show, the sartorial crowd went crazy. Once the shoe dropped, it sold out in seconds. We’ve previously seen the statement piece in both a pink and a yellow colorway, all retailing at $895 USD.
