Tarte Is Expanding the Shade Range for Its Most Popular Products

Including the Amazonian Clay foundation.

Cult makeup brand Tarte previously received criticism after releasing its Shape Tape foundation in only 15, non-inclusive shades, and now it seems like the label has learned from its mistakes. Tarte just announced that it will be releasing its popular Amazonian Clay foundation in a total of 40 shades, showcasing shades from fair to deep. The new hues are also titled by a letter and a number, making them easy to understand and navigate. The foundation range also includes five different undertones: beige (pink), sand (yellow), neutral, honey (peach), and golden.

Not only is the brand releasing an inclusive lineup of foundation, Tarte will also be re-launching the Creaseless Concealer in a total of 30 hues, equipped with a new wand and design. Last but not least, the brand’s cult-favorite Shape Tape concealer will jump from 14 shades to a whopping 30, meaning that the brand will finally cater to a wider audience by providing an extensive range of options.

To go along with the release, Tarte also released a guide that explains how to find your foundation shade, as well as the limited-time-only discount code “CLAY35” that can be used to cop the product with a 35-percent discount online. Take a look at the upcoming beauty must-haves below, and get excited to try them out.
