Stella McCartney's Spring/Summer 2019 Collection Is Filled With Whimsical Separates
Following a theme of airy yet chic minimalism.
Stella McCartney unveiled her Spring/Summer 2019 collection yesterday with a special garden party presentation in Milan’s Magenta neighborhood. For this seasonal range, she focused on well-cut tailoring, alongside lace separates – both constructed with a colorful pastel palette. McCartney even incorporated transparent PVC-free material into accessories like a logo tote and loafers.
Thematically, throughout the collection, the pieces feature Stella’s design cues, which include breezy, chic silhouettes. Overall the garments are ideal for vacationing and wearing out and about to the office and after work. One sleek look, in particular, is the white T-shirt worn with cream trousers and transparent booties. An additional favorite look is the oversized, flowy sundress in sky blue paired with translucent heels. The accessories throughout the SS19 collection are made up of bold-footwear, leather handbags and minimal earrings.
