Kylie Jenner Stars as the Virgin Mary in Travis Scott's New Video
Baby Stormi is replaced with a talking lamb.
Travis Scott has released the first visual from his third studio album Astroworld. “STOP TRYING TO BE GOD” is a sleepy track that features vocals from Kid Cudi and a harmonica solo from Stevie Wonder.
For the video, Scott took on a religious theme with Kylie Jenner starring as his Virgin Mary. In a post-apocalyptic world we see that the Earth is in disarray post-rapture. Travis becomes his own deity, sporting a wig and crown to mimic the garb of Joseph. The end of the music video depicts the nativity scene with Kylie dressed in a glowing gold gown with blonde hair to pair. Instead of holding her daughter Stormi she holds a lamb who we later learn can speak.
