Nike's Newest M2K Tekno Gets the Neon Treatment
Stay bright this Fall.
Nike‘s chunky sweetheart, the M2K Tekno, has been copped in every shade from “Pink Foam” to “Atmosphere Grey.” The latest addition to the family however, takes a cue from the recent neon trend when it comes to the color palette.
The bulky upper arrives in a predominantly white upper, with shades of cream and grey appearing upon those trademark panelled details. The off-white textile tongue boasts Nike branding embroidered in black, which is matched by the heel tab and the black Swoosh on the lateral side. Bringing a burst of color to the shoe is the vibrant “Volt” heel counter, alongside the neon orange mini Swoosh and outsole, making this one of the brighter M2K Tekno silhouette’s we’ve seen to date. Rounding things off in true dad shoe style is the signature oversized midsole; a style that doesn’t seem to be going out of fashion anytime soon.
There’s no concrete release info on this particular M2K Tekno yet, but it’s expected to hit select Nike stockists this Fall. In the meantime, why not check out this pared-back neutral iteration?
