An Exclusive Look at Frankies Bikinis x KITH's Collection Featuring Neon Velvet Pieces
Summer isn’t over yet.
Just when you thought summer was over, Frankies Bikinis and KITH have released a range of beach-ready garments inspired by the brands’ unique sense of street style and innovation in their designs. The collection consists of seven crushed velvet figure-hugging pieces including two bikini top styles, two bikini bottom styles, a skirt, bike shorts and a dress available in “Lime Green,” “Overcast Grey” and “Atomic Pink.”
Staying true to the swimwear label’s roots, the items can be mixed and matched or paired with your favorite pair of boyfriend jeans and all-white Air Force 1s. Francesca Aiello, the designer and founder of Frankies commented on the collaboration saying:
“Working with KITH is always an amazing experience for me because it really pushes my creativity.
Something that has become a signature in the Frankies Bikinis x KITH collections is the innovative fabrications that we introduce. Our first collection last year featured an insane 3M fabric, and now we are back with a brand new crushed velvet. Neon colors are also a favorite for my customers, so I wanted to offer that a part of this collection with the neon pink and green, and added the grey for someone who is looking for something a little more mellow.
The pieces in this collection were specifically designed to be able to style as you please in an effort to cater to everyone’s personal style. You can wear the bikinis as a set, pair the Ace Top with a pair of your favorite baggy jeans, pair the bike shorts with a tee or with the Brooklyn Top, and so on.”
The Frankies Bikinis x KITH collection will be available for purchase at KITH’s website on November 27 where prices range from $85 USD to $175 USD.
