ALYX's Latest Statement Boot Is Made in Collaboration with Guidi
Featuring a chunky Vibram sole.
1017 ALYX 9SM has teamed up with artisanal shoe label Guidi for its next installment of statement footwear. Handmade in Italy, the boots are constructed from vegetable-tanned leather meant to change color with time. Similar to ALYX‘s past footwear — notably its buzzy lace-up shoe with a removable chunky sole — the boot sits atop a custom rubber Vibram sole sculpted after designer Matthew Williams‘ signature futuristic aesthetic. A silver front zipper engraved with the ALYX logo finishes off the shoe, which comes in three colorways: yellow, white and black.
