Virgil Abloh to Sell Personal "Canary-Yellow" Archive on Black Friday

Including clothing, art and furniture.

On Black Friday, designer Virgil Abloh will release items from his personal archive of eponymously branded items. Abloh, who is also Artistic Director for Menswear at Louis Vuitton and Creative Director of Off-White™, launched the namesake label back in January. His archive of personal designs, dubbed “Canary-Yellow,” includes clothing, art and furniture. WWD reports that all items will be sold for special prices on Abloh’s website, which will be turned into an online marketplace for the day.

Hoodies and tote bags touting the “Canary-Yellow” logo will be for sale alongside heftier items such as a book of photography by Abloh and Juergen Teller, and pieces from the designer’s “Gradient Furniture” collection. For those who couldn’t make it to Abloh’s solo exhibition “Figures of Speech,” shown at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago earlier this year, merchandise from the show will also be offered.
