Off-White™ Unveils a Pattern-Heavy SS20 Collection Featuring New Nikes at PFW Men's
The range includes a womenswear lineup featuring bold prints.
After teasing a collaborative Nike SB Dunk Low, Virgil Abloh unveils Off-White™’s Spring/Summer 2020 collection at Paris Fashion Week Men’s. The show was marked by inventive motifs including smart suiting, transitional outerwear selections and haphazardly painted statement pieces. Additionally, the range features the fashion house’s new collaboration with Nike and another with Futura. One of Futura’s sculptures was expertly placed in the middle of the stage surrounded by flowers.
Titled “PLASTIC,” the collection is filled with numerous nods to Abloh’s repurposed recycling logo. The logo was seen on boiler suits shown in the beginning of the presentation. Trend-driven items seen in the first looks of the collection consisted of translucent raincoats emblazoned with branding, logo bucket hats and cozy patterned pants. The Futura collaboration arrived in the form of a graffiti-inspired blazer and cape amongst other staple pieces.

Additionally, the range iis marked by the emergence of chic two-piece sets, the collaborative Nike Dunk Lows and other footwear including utilitarian boots and logo-heavy sandals. To close out the show, a lineup of womenswear followed the menswear. These looks consisted of head-turning gowns in addition to one look comprised of a tie-dye tee paired with paint splattered trousers and combat boots. Gigi Hadid closed out the show in a stunning multi-colored blazer worn with graphic earrings and a pair of strappy sandals.
