Kylie Jenner Has Been Hospitalized and Won't Be Attending Balmain's PFW SS20 Show

“I’m heartbroken to be missing this show.”

Following her absence at the 2019 Emmy Awards, Kylie Jenner will also not be attending Balmain‘s Spring/Summer 2020 show at this year’s Paris Fashion Week due to unfortunate circumstances. The business mogul took to Twitter on Wednesday this week and told her fans that she is “really sick and unable to travel.”

According to TMZ, Jenner has been admitted to a Los Angeles hospital diagnosed with flu-like symptoms. Jenner tweeted saying:

“So as you know, I was getting ready to go to Paris for the Balmain show at Paris Fashion Week for the launch of my makeup collab with Olivier [Rousteing]. Unfortunately, I’m really sick and unable to travel. I’m heartbroken to be missing this show, but I know that my amazing team, and my friends who are in town for the event, will help me be there in spirit.”

On Tuesday, Jenner announced a Kylie Cosmetics collaboration with Balmain and was set to attend the brand’s PFW show as the Artistic Director of Makeup. Unfortunately, due to her illness, she won’t be able to make an appearance this year.

Read the reality TV star’s full tweet below and stay tuned for further details about Jenner’s condition. In case you missed it, Virgil Abloh has taken a three-month medical leave and is missing his Paris Off-White™ SS20 show.
