ADER error x Alpha Industries Create Aviation-Themed Jackets for FW20
A combination of utility wear and disruptive street style.
Expanding its list of collaborators that include the likes of Maison Kitsuné, ADER error has now joined forces with Alpha Industries for a two-piece capsule collection. Taking inspiration from military garments, the utility-focused designs are fit for protection against the cold winter weather.
Blending Alpha Industries’ history with ADER error’s disruptive style, the MA-1 and M-65 Fishtail jackets arrive in an aviation-themed khaki shade. The former sports diverse shapes of pockets at the front for added functionality, along with drawstring and buckle details to highlight the technical feel. Hints of the Korean streetwear label is seen throughout, including a blue emblem on the right chest, and badges in diverse sizes on the sleeves. Rounding off the look, the back of the jacket is adorned with ADER error’s label. Meanwhile, the M-65 is a longer silhouette sporting similar design cues. Highlighting versatility, the garment comes with a detachable hood and straps hanging from the pockets, while drawstrings are added to the hem for adjustability.
See both jackets in the gallery above. ADER error x Alpha Industries’ MA-1 and M-65 Fishtail pieces are available online for $370 USD and $620 USD, respectively. The collection will also drop via select retailers like HBX on October 29.
