Nike Adds Pixel Details to Its Classic Air Force 1 Silhouette
Set to drop on October 22.
Following the release of its deconstructed Air Force 1 LXX in “Pink Rise” and “University Red,” Nike has unveiled a brand new iteration of its 1982 basketball sneaker. Dubbed the Air Force 1 Pixel, the silhouette comes in a clean all-white colorway and boasts unique elements throughout.
Arriving in a modern style, the shoe features glitchy tweaks and distorted dimensions. The midsole boasts angular details, while the oversized heel tab sports geometric “NIKE” and “AF1” graphics. For a sleek, minimal look, the deubré doesn’t come with any branding, while the number of perforations on the toe box have been reduced. Take a closer look at the pair in the gallery above.
Nike’s Air Force 1 Pixel in “White” retails for $100 USD and will be available to purchase via the Swoosh brand’s web store on October 22. In the meantime, check out the AF1 ‘07 in “Black/Metallic Red Bronze/Light Orewood Brown.”
