Shake Shack Launches Luxurious Black Truffle Burger
The fast food chain brings the fancy mushroom to the masses.
Shake Shack is launching a limited-edition holiday menu putting a luxe twist on burgers and fries. Starting next month, the chain’s Hong Kong locations will introduce a black truffle menu featuring classic fast food items topped with the sought after mushroom.
The Black Truffle Burger ($65 HKD, approximately $8.50 USD) is topped with Swiss cheese, fried shallots, arugula lettuce and black truffle mayonnaise. The Black Truffle Chick’n ($62 HKD or $8 USD), Shake Shack’s chicken sandwich, also features the special mayo. Lastly, a side of crinkle-cut fries ($42 HKD or $4.50 USD) comes with the limited-edition sauce as well as a scallion and shallot topping.
Shake Shack’s black truffle menu launches at all six Hong Kong locations starting November 3.
