ORIGINAL STORY (December 9, 2020): Ariana Grande took to Twitter with a not-so-subtle suggestion that she’s working on a Netflix special of her 2019 Sweetener world tour.
The pop-star posted a series of three black-and-white images from the tour, which ran from March to December 2019, and replied to her own tweet by tagging Netflix’s official account. Netflix then responded to Ari’s post with a reference to one of the singer’s Sweetener hits, “R.E.M.” Grande’s fans, who call themselves Arianators, quickly replied to the teaser with enthusiastic messages including an impressive, fan-made rendition of what the final special might look like once it hits Netflix’s home page.
Stay tuned as a release date for Ariana Grande’s Netflix special is announced.
