Awake NY x ASICS Rework the GEL-Preleus With Neon Green Laces
Celebrating the silhouette’s 20th anniversary.
For its latest collaboration, ASICS has teamed up with Awake NY to rework the GEL-Preleus in celebration of the model’s 20th anniversary. First released in 2001, the silhouette arrives in its original “Cool Gray/Silver” colorway mixed with new design elements throughout.
The lacing system now comes in an eye-catching neon green hue, while co-branding motifs can be found on the toes, tongue tags and insoles. The sneaker‘s upper features mesh underlays with designer Stephen Sprouse’s iconic leopard pattern. Elsewhere, the midsole boasts a wavy design rendered with blue, green and white hues.
