Gucci Beauty Launches New Priming Serum and Foundation in 40 Shades

A collection further highlighting individuality and diversity.

Adding to its expansive lineup of makeup goods, Gucci Beauty has now launched a new priming serum and foundation. The new release spotlights the brand’s ongoing focus on individuality and diversity.

“Makeup can be used to construct the identity we wish to project, yet this does not mean it has to change what is already there; it should be about enhancing individuality, not concealing it,” Alessandro Michele comments on the luxury house’s latest launch. “This idea is cultivated carefully through the tools we choose to use, as much as by the ones we choose not to.”

The Silk Priming Serum, or Sérum De Beauté Fluide Soyeux, boasts a soft and lightweight texture that leaves the skin refreshed and hydrated throughout the day. The non-sticky product is formulated to ensure optimal coverage and extended makeup wear, blurring pores and fine lines. The primer, arriving in one universal iteration, is packaged in Gucci Beauty’s signature pink and gold-colored bottle.

Meanwhile, the Natural Finish Fluid Foundation is a buildable and silky-smooth formula available in 40 shades ranging from light pink to deep dark tones. The product works to subtly blur any imperfections while helping the skin achieve a natural no-makeup makeup look.

Scroll through the gallery above to peep the accompanying campaign. Priced at $495 HKD (approximately $64 USD) for the primer and $530 HKD (approximately $68 USD) for the foundation, Gucci Beauty’s new makeup goods are available now at the brand’s stores.
