Aimé Leon Dore & Porsche Craft the 911 Carrera 4 "ALD 964" With an Accompanying Capsule
Including additional partnerships with Loro Piana and Schott.
One of the most anticipated partnerships of the year so far, Aimé Leon Dore and Porsche unveiled a collaborative 911 Carrera 4 964 last week. Upon unveiling a closer look at the “ALD 964,” the two brands have additionally revealed a capsule collection.
Following months of research, the “ALD 964” arrives in off-white all over, with design details reminiscent of Aimé Leon Dore’s Fall/Winter 2020 collection. A Schott leather trunk, custom-made ALD grill emblem and Pegasus motif above the front wheel highlight the design. The elegant and timeless vehicle is finished off with houndstooth patterning on the seats and trunk.
Meanwhile, the accompanying capsule collection features items like hoodies, sweatshirts, beanies, gloves and bags sporting “ALD 964” embroidery throughout, as well as the signature houndstooth design to accompany the design of the car. White, grey, forest green and red dominate the color palette as seen on wool accessories by Loro Piana and leather bag and toolkit by Schott. The range is finished off with badges branded with the two labels’ logos and Pegasus motif.
Scroll through the galleries above and below for a closer look at the collaborative vehicle and apparel items. The “ALD 964” will be on display at the Jeffery Deitch Gallery in New York from February 6 to 9, while the capsule collection is slated to launch on ALD’s web store on February 6 at 11 a.m. EST.
