Digital education platform FutureLearn is offering a free fashion business course, “Understanding Fashion: From Business to Culture,” developed and taught by Parisian fashion school Institut Français de la mode. For those struggling to kill time in self-isolation, the four-week-long class offers a constructive distraction for fashion lovers.
According to the course information page, students will receive “exclusive input from fashion industry leaders, including designers such as Simon Porte Jacquemus, Christelle Kocher, Paul Smith, and CEOs at Chanel, YSL and Hermès.” Topics including the concept of trends, consumer behavior and the language of fashion will be covered.
