LA-Based Soul Singer Alycia Bella Drops "Seasons" Off Upcoming Debut Album
Watch the anime-inspired lyric video here.
Emerging Los Angeles-based artist Alycia Bella, self-described as a “millennial soul” singer, released her latest single dubbed “Seasons” as part of her upcoming debut album set to launch this summer via Caroline Music. Additionally, Bella also dropped a special anime-inspired lyric video to accompany her new song in collaboration with Aldous Massie.
The track features the singer’s soft vocals, subtle strings and dewy synths, which stem from the old-school R&B and soul music she would listen to growing up. According to a press release, attention to detail plays a crucial role in the artist’s upcoming album. “To address complicated relationships, both personal (romance, friendship) and societal (material wealth), she weaves metaphors into their story, creating fresh perspectives on ubiquitous problems everyone faces.”
You can now listen to “Seasons” in the video above and the links down below.
Elsewhere in music, Victoria Monét has announced the release date of her upcoming EP Jaguar.
