LA-Based Lifestyle Brand 69 Is Redefining Denim With Its New Sustainable Clogs
Available in tie-dye, black and clear colorways.
All-inclusive, non-demographic lifestyle brand 69 was established in New York City and eventually relocated to Los Angeles. Over the past few months, the company has made it its mission to support the Black Lives Matter movement by donating proceeds from its sales to multiple organizations including Color of Change, NAACP, Justice for George Floyd, Minnesota Freedom Fund, Justice for Breonna Taylor and more.
Known for its silhouettes inspired by comfort, the label has unveiled its first pair of shoes arriving in the form of a clog. Available in tie-dye denim, black denim and a transparent colorway, the upper of the clog is constructed out of cotton or see-through PVC material. As for the bottom half of the shoe, the base is made out of wood and has been incorporated with sustainable, chrome-free leather.
