The BAE Bulletin: Here's When and Where to Cop This Week's Best Releases

Featuring Maha x Vans, UNIQLO UT and more.

To welcome the arrival of summer, brands such as Vans, Nike and UNIQLO have recently unveiled a lineup of new products and collaborations. From sneakers to makeup to clothes, we’ve rounded up the latest releases in this week’s BAE Bulletin.

For its newest team-up, Vans has tapped Maha Amsterdam to rework its classic OG Style 36 LX silhouette. The design, featuring an orange and pastel yellow colorway, is inspired by a Dutch pastry called the Orange Tompouce. Elsewhere in footwear, Nike has unveiled new iterations of its Zoom runners. In addition, Swoosh has dropped the brand new Air Zoom Tempo NEXT%.

Appealing to cartoon fans, UNIQLO UT is set to release graphic tees in collaboration with Doraemon, while KITH and Looney Tunes will launch their first-ever collection together. Scroll down for more.

Nike’s New Zoom Trainers

Release Date: The Pegasus 37 and Tempo NEXT% are available now, while the Vaporfly NEXT% will see a later release in mid-July.
Release Price: $899 to $2,299 HKD (approximately $115 to $295 USD), available at Nike’s website.

Alongside the launch of the Air Zoom Tempo NEXT%, Nike has given its Zoom trainer family a makeover in new colorways. From the sportswear label’s NEXT% innovation system to its ultra-responsive Nike ZoomX foam sole, the lineup consists of four silhouettes that offer a distinct running experience.

Maha Amsterdam x Vault by Vans OG Style 36 LX

Release Date: Available now
Release Price: €95 EUR (approximately $105 USD), available at Maha and select global retailers.

Maha Amsterdam has teamed up with Vans to release a collaborative OG Style 36 LX design inspired by the Orange Tompouce pastry, a Dutch delicacy only available every April when the Netherlands celebrates its King and Queen. The pair arrives in Vans’ signature checkerboard print, featuring shades of orange and pastel yellow.

Jonah Hill x adidas Originals Superstar

Release Date: Available now
Release Price: $1,199 HKD (approximately $155 USD), available in-stores and online.

adidas Originals has tapped Jonah Hill to rework the classic Superstar sneaker. Inspired by the actor’s love for punk rock, the shoe features an all-white upper and boasts the word “Superstar” at the rear in a distinct font. Additionally, Hill’s initials “JH” in neon green appear on the navy blue heel.

Looney Tunes x KITH Collection

Release Date: July 13, 11 a.m. EST.
Release Price: TBC, exclusively available at KITH’s website.

In celebration of Bugs Bunny’s 80th birthday, KITH and Looney Tunes are set to release a collaborative collection. The range features a total of 80 styles including clothing, shoes and accessories available in both adults and kids sizes. On top of that, KITH and Converse have teamed up to rework the Chuck Taylor sneakers with Looney Tunes designs.

Doraemon x UNIQLO UT Collection

Release Date: July 13
Release Price: TBC, available at UNIQLO’s website.

With Doraemon officially turning 50 this year, UNIQLO UT has collaborated with the Japanese anime on a collection of branded T-shirts. Featuring signature motifs from the iconic series, Doraemon can be found on the garments that arrive in colors of white, black, khaki, orange and navy.

Teyana Taylor x MAC Cosmetics Collection

Release Date: July 14
Release Price: $19 to $37 USD, available at MAC Cosmetics’ website.

Inspired by her love for ’90s fashion, Teyana Taylor has joined forces with MAC to drop three lip products, as well as a gold-toned bronzer. The collaborative collection’s lipstick comes in brown, red and purple shades with matte and frost finishes, while the lip gloss will be available in pearlescent nude, red and lavender hues. Finally, the lip pencil arrives in the black-purple “Cyber World,” plum “Nightmoth” and intense brown “Chestnut.”
