KITH Celebrates Bugs Bunny's 80th Birthday With 'Looney Tunes' Collaboration

Featuring apparel and accessories, as well as a Converse Chuck Taylor 1970.

Following a range of apparel and footwear with New Balance that released back in May, KITH is now adding Looney Tunes to its list of collaborators to celebrate Bugs Bunny’s 80th birthday. To mark their first-ever collaboration, a total of 80 styles of clothing, shoes and accessories will be arriving soon for both adults and kids.

Having debuted on July 27, 1940, Bugs Bunny is one of many iconic figures that sparks childhood nostalgia. The character himself is seen in KITH’s lookbook, wearing items like hoodies, sweaters, sweatpants and caps. In addition to comfy wardrobe essentials, more elevated pieces are added to the collection, including denim outerwear and varsity jackets created with Golden Bear. As for footwear, KITH has tapped Converse for an asymmetrical Chuck Taylor 1970 shoe that sports Looney Tunes designs on the black canvas upper. Contrasted with a clean white midsole, the kicks are finished off with “Just Us, KITH” text printed at the bottom of the shoe.

The partnership additionally sees a range of lifestyle accessories, including a rug and an eight-character plush set featuring all of the iconic Looney Tunes characters. To celebrate the rabbit’s birthday, KITH’s founder Ronnie Fieg will also be sharing some of his favorite shorts from the comic series and interviewing the show’s key personalities on July 11 at 11 a.m. EST on KITH.com.

The Looney Tunes x KITH range is slated to arrive exclusively at KITH’s web store at 11 a.m. EST on July 13.
