Awake NY Launches "Re-Up" Tee Capsule for Summer 2020

Five designs, including restocks of three popular T-shirts.

Following a collection of pieces with bold graphics for Spring/Summer 2020, Awake NY is now introducing a T-shirt capsule featuring restocks and new designs. Dubbed “Re-Up,” the five-piece range features bold graphics for summer days.

Three styles will be restocked, including the Nelson Mandela portrait tee in black, white, purple and green, Vapors tee in white, teal and black, and the President tee in black, salmon and white. Newly added graphics feature a hookah motif, as well as Spanish text printed on the front and back along with the New York skyline. Each piece arrives in multiple color options ranging from purple and black, to light blue and teal.

This time around, Awake NY has incorporated a charitable aspect to its drop with a portion of proceeds going towards Building Black Bed-Stuy, which supports Black-owned businesses in Bed-Stuy and beyond. As of now, the streetwear brand has donated $10,000 USD to the organization with its Black Lives Matter tee release, and is aiming to reach $75,000 USD with the latest drop.

Take a closer look at Awake NY’s “Re-Up” tees in the gallery below. Priced at $48 USD each, the collection is set to arrive at the label’s web store on August 19 at 11 a.m. EST.

In case you missed it, UNIQLO created a range of tees in collaboration with Demon Slayer.
