Peep the Striking Contrast Details on Nike SB's Dunk High "Invert Celtics"
The unexpected design reveals an entirely different look on-camera.
Continuing its line of Dunks that have become one of the most popular sneakers this year, Nike SB has now unveiled a new colorway dubbed “Invert Celtics.” First revealed in Japan earlier this month, this pair is a statement design to accentuate your casual look.
Arriving as part of the sportswear giant’s “Invert Pack,” the Dunk High silhouette highlights the Boston Celtics’ signature hues of green and white. The medial sides are dressed in the classic color palette from the Swoosh to collars, while contrasting pink and black suede materials dominate the rest. The shaggy look is accentuated with matching laces, along with mid- and outsoles following the same theme. In case you’re wondering how this color combination came to be, the new shoe accurately reflects its name. When the sneakers are inverted on camera, they show a directly opposite look, with the white and green shades on the toe box and laterals, and pink and black on the medials.
