The Next Apple MacBook Air Will Reportedly Be the Thinnest One Yet
The new model could potentially hit the market later this year.
Just when you thought Apple‘s MacBook Air couldn’t get any lighter, the tech giant’s next model will reportedly be even thinner than its previous designs. The announcement of the laptop’s potential upgrade comes days after Apple’s news about reworking the iMac.
According to Bloomberg, the Air will incorporate the company’s MagSafe charging technology and a next-generation version of its M1 processor. Reports state the screen’s border will be reduced in size but will remain 13 inches wide. In addition, the new model will have a “pair of USB 4 ports for connecting external devices.”
If you’re looking to upgrade your current MacBook Air to the allegedly slimmer alternative, it is expected to release during the second half of this year or in 2022. Stay tuned while we wait for more details to surface.
