Netflix Is Giving Away 'Sweet Home' Monster-Inspired Candles
To celebrate the hit apocalyptic horror title.
Among the many TV shows and movies, Netflix‘s Sweet Home swiftly rose to one of the most popular local titles in South Korea upon its release. To celebrate the success of the apocalyptic horror K-drama, the streaming platform has now crafted candles in the shape of the series’ Steroid and Blind Monsters.
For those who have yet to watch the hit title, Sweet Home is based on a webtoon of the same title written by Kim Kan-bi and Hwang Young-chan. It follows the story of residents in the Green Roof Apartments as they struggle to survive in a world dominated by monsters.
The candles arrive in the form of two creatures. Steroid Monster (aka Beefcake/The Beef) is one packed with muscles, while Blind Monster (aka Lotus Root) is one that cannot see after half of its head was cut off by one of the characters.
Netflix Korea is hosting a giveaway event, awarding 10 lucky winners with one of the two candles in a special box. Those looking to participate can head over to the official Instagram post, where they are required to leave a comment on the series.
