Stussy x Nike Continue Collaboration With Hand-Dyed Air Force 1s

Along with upcycled apparel pieces.

Adding to their much-coveted collection of apparel and shoes, Nike and Stussy have joined forces once again to rework the Air Force 1. In addition to the sneaker, the duo is set to release a limited collection of sustainable apparel.

Much like the AF1s dressed in “Fossil Stone” and “Black,” the updated shoes feature Stussy’s double-S logo embroidered on the toe box and co-branding on the tongue tag. Each pair is hand-dyed with plant color by Los Angeles-based art project Lookout & Wonderland. The ethically-harvested natural dyes create five iterations of the kicks, including red, green, deep gray, yellow and blue.

Adding on to the team-up are upcycled puffer garments. Comprised of a pullover hoodie, skirt and pants, the collection is made using translucent ripstop fabric featuring at least 75 percent recycled nylon reclaimed from waste products. The pieces are packed with Thermore EcoDown to replace feather down filling with recycled polyester that keeps the wearer warm.

Take a full look at the offerings above. The limited-edition AF1s and apparel are slated to drop via Stussy’s website on January 29 at 10 a.m. PST (1 p.m. EST).
