AURALEE Reveals Upcoming New Balance 550 Collaboration

Following the demand for New Balance‘s 550 sneaker, minimalist Japanese brand AURALEE has revealed an upcoming collaboration with the sneaker imprint, taking on the retro basketball silhouette.
The shoe arrives dressed in a tonal beige hue, with the upper crafted from premium grain leather accented by a vintage yellow midsole. Of course, the signature 550 New Balance branding is also featured at the lateral, and the shoe is finished off with tonal laces.
Introduced as part of AURALEE’s Fall/Winter 2021 collection, the shoes perfectly fits into the range of pale and muted apparel showcased. Although there is yet no official release date tied to the collaboration, the AURALEE FW21 collection is expected to hit stockists by late summer, with no news regarding the footwear yet.
