Kid Cudi Pays Tribute to Kurt Cobain in Floral Off-White™ Dress During 'SNL' Performance
The artist showcased two tracks from his latest album, ‘Man on the Moon III: The Chosen.’
Kid Cudi made headlines after his performance on the latest episode of Saturday Night Live, catching viewers’ attention with his outfit: a floral dress paying tribute to the late Kurt Cobain.
The musician appeared in a show-stopping number similar to the design worn by the former Nirvana vocalist. “Virgil designed the dress for me. I told him I wanted to show love to Kurt with a floral print sundress and this man made a masterpiece,” he tweeted after donning the garment created by Abloh’s Off-White™.
Prior to his “Sad People” rendition, Kid Cudi performed “Tequila Shots” sporting a pair of Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike Dunk Lows along with a T-shirt featuring the late SNL comedian, Chris Farley.
