Nanushka has expanded its offerings by tapping into the world of eyewear. For the Spring/Summer 2021 season, the label has debuted 12 unisex styles that center around founder and creative director Sandra Sandor’s passion for minimal form and structure.

“It was only natural that we would expand the Nanushka world to incorporate sunglasses,” Sandor shared in a press release. “As functional and stylistic accessories, they lend a true sense of creativity, an exploration of innovative techniques, of contrasting shapes and forms, light and dark, that is at the very heart of our design philosophy.”

The range is comprised of diverse designs such as cat-eye, square, D-Frame, aviator and oval frames. From intricate gold-tone arms to oversized pieces, the shades arrive in seasonal neutral colorways like saturated tortoiseshell, transparent brown and champagne, and even a gray leopard print.

In addition, the sunglasses’ frames and lenses are made out of bio-based plastic sourced from natural and renewable materials. Meanwhile, the pouch the styles arrive in is crafted from leftover supplies of the brand’s signature cruelty-free vegan leather.

Nanushka’s SS21 eyewear collection is now available to shop online.
