CLOT x Dr. Martens Rework the 1461 Derby Shoe in Latest Collaboration

Accentuated with a bold red hue.

Following names like Supreme and Rick Owens, Dr. Martens has now teamed up with CLOT for a new footwear collaboration. The release celebrates the Chinese culture with a bold red hue, which symbolizes luck and fortune.

For this partnership, the duo has reworked the 1461 derby shoe – a six-decade-old silhouette that marks the second style ever created by Dr. Martens. Bringing both brands’ heritage together, the footwear design is updated with an all-black upper while red serves contrast on the eyelets, midsole and topstitches. Rounding off the look is the red footbed, which is printed with Dr. Martens and CLOT’s logos.

Take a closer look at the collaborative shoe above. Priced at £149 GBP (approximately $211 USD), the CLOT x Dr. Martens 1461 will be available online from 8 a.m. PST (11 a.m. EST) on May 29. The collaboration will also be releasing at Dover Street Market.
