Anya Taylor-Joy Takes Center Stage in Chilling 'Last Night in Soho' Trailer

UPDATE (May 26, 2021): After a short teaser, Focus Features has finally unveiled the full trailer for Edgar Wright‘s Last Night in Soho. Featuring Anya Taylor-Joy and Thomasin McKenzie, the visual captures creepy scenes of London in the ’60s. McKenzie plays the role of Eloise, an aspiring fashion designer, while Taylor-Joy appears as a singer who goes by the name Sandy. The psychological thriller will keep you on the edge of your seat as it jumps back and forth in time.

ORIGINAL STORY (May 23, 2021): Ahead of the full trailer arriving on May 25, the upcoming psychological horror film Last Night in Soho has unveiled its very first teaser. Starring Anya Taylor-Joy and Thomasin McKenzie, the visual provides a glimpse into the anticipated movie directed by Edgar Wright.
Released in a commercial break for Saturday Night Live, the trippy 15-second-long video doesn’t reveal too much. However, it shows snippets of McKenzie sleeping while Taylor-Joy walks down the streets of London. As of now, the film has been described as a story of Eloise (played by McKenzie), a soon-to-be fashion designer who ends up in the 1960s and comes across her idol, Sandy (played by Taylor-Joy). In addition to the two stars, the title will feature Jessie Mei Li, Diana Rigg and Terence Stamp, among others.
Last Night in Soho will hit theaters on October 22. Watch the teaser above.
