Naomi Osaka Adds a Swarovski Crystal Swoosh to Nike's Air Zoom GP Turbo
The tennis champion blings out the performance-ready sneaker.
Naomi Osaka has once again teamed up with Nike, this time to give the footwear giant’s Air Zoom GP Turbo a blinged out makeover.
A tennis shoe inspired by basketball sneakers, the silhouette was originally introduced to Nike’s lineup in 2020. Osaka updates the court-ready shoe with tie dyed uppers, outfitted with lilac scuff protectors at toebox. At the lateral, Swarovski crystal Swooshes offer a sparkly focal point. Additional hits of glitter, bedazzled accents are carried over onto the heel. Glossy teal tongues and clean white midsoles finish off the cool-toned pair.
Nike hasn’t yet revealed pricing or a release date for the collaborative sneaker. Thanks to the shoe’s Swarovski detailing, prospective buyers can expect the sneakers to retail for more than the Air Zoom GP Turbo’s standard MSRP, $140 USD.
