The ‘Parasite’ director has just wrapped up the scenario for the project that began in 2018.

Oscar-winning director Bong Joon-ho is now working on a new animation film. The news comes after the South Korean creative revealed in a podcast that he’s preparing two follow-up movies to Parasite.

Not many details have been confirmed so far, but Korean VFX company 4th CREATIVE PARTY announced that it has been partnering with Bong for the upcoming animation since 2018. A full computer graphic production, the movie will tell a story about deepwater sea creatures. The anticipated release will come after the Parasite follow-up films.
