Normani Shows Off Her "Wild Side" in New Single With Cardi B
The artists strip down in the track’s steamy music video.
UPDATE (July 16, 2021): Normani has finally returned with new music following her chart-topping 2019 single, “Motivation.” In collaboration with Cardi B, the former Fifth Harmony member’s latest track, “Wild Side,” arrives with a music video directed by Tanu Muino, who also took the lead on Cardi’s “Up” visual.
“I had already been in rehearsal for about three weeks preparing for the video when Cardi heard the record for the first time,” Normani shares in a press release. “She really showed up for me and brought this record to life by simply doing what Cardi does best. I love that woman down and I’m forever grateful.”
The four-minute music video features Normani showing off her moves choreographed by Sean Bankhead. The visual showcases different scenes of the artist dressed in eye-catching fits that match with her backup dancers. About halfway through, the Grammy Award-winning rapper makes an appearance next to Normani, both seen in nothing but their long locks.

ORIGINAL STORY (July 14, 2021): Just when you thought nothing could top Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion‘s steamy “WAP” track, another hot collaboration is set to drop soon.
The Grammy Award-winning rapper took to her social media accounts to tease the cover art of her latest team-up with former Fifth Harmony member, Normani. “Get your coins ready,” Cardi captioned her post. The two are seen in nothing but their long luscious locks along with the title of their single, “Wild Side.” While details have yet to be confirmed, “Wild Side” might be a part of Normani’s highly anticipated debut album, which will reportedly release sometime this summer.
“Wild Side” releases on July 16 at 12 a.m. EST via major streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.
