Hyein Seo Heads to the "Moon Palace" for SS21 Editorial
A dreamy campaign starring the South Korean designer’s close friends and collaborators.
Following up on her sporty Fall/Winter 2020 range, South Korean designer Hyein Seo has now returned with a dreamy campaign for Spring/Summer 2021.
The visuals, comprised of photos and a video shot by Dasom Han and Dawn Jung, highlight the key inspiration behind the collection – Paul Auster’s 1989 novel Moon Palace. The label’s crew, close friends and frequent collaborators including Seohee Park, Daeryun Yoon, Eden Ryu and more are spotted wearing pieces from the latest range. Spotlighting Seo’s signature technical style, dresses, shirts and trousers arrive with deconstructed strappy details. Standouts include the Bandeau Bodysuit accessorized with layered jewelry, as well as the Moon Palace Knit with perforated patterns.
