COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus Unveils Nike Air Sunder Max Collab on SS22 Runway
Minimalist styles arriving in three colorways.
Rei Kawakubo took to her Spring/Summer 2022 runway for COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus to unveil the brand’s latest sneaker collaboration with Nike. This time around, the duo has reworked the Air Sunder Max, a silhouette initially released in 1999.
Arriving in three colorways – “White/Black,” “Triple White,” and “Triple Black” – the kicks are dressed in minimal detailing with smooth nylon material constructing the upper. A zipper fastening keeps the shoe together, while a small Swoosh is stamped on the laterals. The look is rounded out with Air branding while CdG’s logo is printed on the tongue.
