McDonald's "Saweetie Meal" Is Here

UPDATE (August 9, 2021): Saweetie‘s much-anticipated collaboration with McDonald’s is finally here.
The special-edition meal comes in Icy Girl-themed packaging with a Big Mac, four-piece Chicken McNuggets, medium World Famous Fries, medium Sprite, Tangy BBQ Sauce and “Saweetie’N Sour” sauce. In addition to the menu, the musician has designed two limited-edition handbags with Brandon Blackwood that are both highlighted with the fast food chain’s iconic logo. Those who order “The Saweetie Meal” through McDonald’s mobile app will get a chance to win the accessories, as well as a five-day trip to Las Vegas with two tickets to the artist’s performance.

ORIGINAL STORY (July 29, 2021): Following its much-coveted partnership with BTS, McDonald’s has now tapped Saweetie for its latest artist collaboration.
“McDonald’s and I run deep – from growing up back in Hayward, California, all through my college days – so I had to bring my icy gang in on my all-time favorites. Depending on the mood I’m in, there are so many ways to enjoy my order,” the rapper speaks about her love for the fast food chain.
The special “Saweetie Meal” is comprised of a Big Mac, four-piece Chicken McNuggets, medium fries, medium Sprite and Tangy BBQ Sauce. For this collaboration, in particular, the condiment is rebranded as “Saweetie ‘N Sour.” Saweetie recommends getting creative with your order by stacking fries with nuggets or topping your burger with fries.
The “Saweetie Meal” will be available at McDonald’s restaurants on August 9.
