Nike's Latest Dunk Low Pays Tribute to Seoul
In honor of National Liberation Day of Korea.
Nike is set to drop yet another iteration of its popular Dunk Low silhouette. With National Liberation Day of Korea (August 15) approaching, the Swoosh’s new design is dedicated to the city of Seoul.
The upper boasts a clean white leather base complemented with black overlays. The mismatched red and blue midfoot Swooshes and heel tabs give the sneaker a vibrant and fun look. Other standout elements include the word “나이키,” which is Nike in Hangul, embroidered at the heels and the left pair’s tongue tag featuring the South Korean flag (aka Taegukgi). The white midsoles and red and blue rubber outsoles round out the footwear style.
The South Korea-exclusive Dunk Low “Seoul” will release on August 12 via Nike SNKRS Korea for $110 USD.
