CL Drops Empowering New Track, "Lover Like Me"
The second single off her upcoming album, ‘ALPHA.’
UPDATE (September 29, 2021): In anticipation of her new album, ALPHA, CL has released a brand new track from the upcoming record titled “Lover Like Me.” The single also arrives with an accompanying music video featuring the K-pop star dressed in a cherry red tulle dress, a biker-chic fit, a denim ensemble styled with a white blazer and a dramatic black gown. An empowering breakup anthem, CL sings in the chorus: “I just gotta let you know/If you’re gonna let me go/You will never ever find another lover like me.”

ORIGINAL STORY (September 16, 2021): CL is set to drop the second single off her upcoming album, ALPHA.
The K-pop rapper took to Instagram to reveal a teaser of the track titled “Lover Like Me.” In the visual, the musician dons a red dress, bold jewelry and metallic nails while her arm sits on a television. Although the artist has yet to unveil full details, we can expect the song to contrast her previous release ”SPICY,” which is a powerful number celebrating her Korean roots.
