Take an Official Look at the Air Jordan 1 LV8D "Bred"
Featuring a free Jumpman anklet inspired by MJ.
After nearly 37 years since its debut, the Jordan 1 continues to see reinvention. With a look that echoes the COMME des GARÇONS x Nike’s Cortez and the Nike Vandal 2K, the recently revealed Air Jordan 1 LV8D comes with an exaggerated platform sole.
The model starts with an AJ1 Low build up top, constructed in smooth leather. Traditional “bred” colorblocking covers the silhouette, while the interior features cork insoles bearing a Michael Jordan 1985 Dunk Contest graphic. Adding to the lifestyle sneaker is a gold Cuban link anklet with a Jumpman pendant, calling out to MJ’s floating chains in the iconic pic.
Look out for the LV8D’s reimagined, minimal Air Jordan branding. The shoe’s signature tongue tag has been reduced to a simple black leather overlay while the rear Wings logo can be seen as a topstitched outline. The Jordan 1 LV8D is set to release in February with a second tan colorway to follow soon after.
