Saint Laurent Releases Tweed Sneaker in 3 Colorways
A luxe flip on the classic high-top.
Saint Laurent expands its footwear offering with a sneaker model inspired by the Converse Chuck Taylor. Dubbed the Bedford, the high-top features a wool tweed upper with leather trim.
The Italian-made sneaker comes in three colorways, including a black and white color combo, a spring-ready parme with turquoise, and a green/pink mélange.
The Converse inspiration can be seen in the Bedford’s overall construction, from the high-top build to the rubber toe cap. A leather Saint Laurent badge replaces the traditional Converse Star, and the branding continues onto a rubber heel patch.
All three colorways are available now at Saint Laurent for $695 USD.
