BTS' Jungkook Releases Video for "Dreamers"

Filmed in Qatar alongside local artist Fahad Al-Kubaisi.

BTS member Jungkook has finally released the video to accompany his new single, “Dreamers,” aka one of the songs from the FIFA World Cup‘s official soundtrack.

Filmed in Qatar, the video sees the K-pop star exploring the city and all its delights, with subtle nods to the traditional music and sounds. Paying tribute to the city of Qatar and its culture, the video also features Qatari artist Fahad Al-Kubaisi.

The ‘Dreamers’ video comes shortly after Jungkook performed the song live at the World Cup’s opening ceremony on Sunday, wearing an all-black outfit with an impressive group of back-up dancers beside him. The BTS star’s involvement in the World Cup was first announced on November 12, in a tweet from BTS which read “Proud to announce that Jung Kook is part of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Soundtrack & will perform at the World Cup opening ceremony. Stay tuned!”

Due to FIFA rules and regulations, the video isn’t available for viewing on any platform other than YouTube, so head to FIFA’s channel to check it out in full.

In other K-pop news, BTS recently won the award for ‘Biggest Fans’ at the European Music Awards.
