Angus Cloud Becomes Face of Polo by Ralph Lauren Fragrances
The ‘Euphoria’ star fronts the new campaign.
Appealing to a new generation of Polo lovers, Ralph Lauren Fragrances has tapped Euphoria star and actor Angus Cloud as its new face. The digital campaign highlights the brand’s iconic line of Polo fragrances, including Polo Green, Polo Blue and Polo Red.
“Every time I was in the thrift store, anything with a Polo pony on it, I would grab that,” Cloud said in a press release. “At a certain point, I realized I hadn’t worn a T-shirt in a couple months … that was the start of it, collecting Polo ponies.” Tapping into his childhood obsession, Cloud’s love for Ralph Lauren rolls over into his character Fez on Euphoria, where audiences can see him wearing the brand in different scenes throughout Season 2.
“When meeting Angus at an event last December, we really loved the authenticity of his Polo story, his kindness and his unique style that resonates in today’s world,” said Alexandre Choueiri, global president of Ralph Lauren Fragrances.
