Beyoncé To Perform at the Oscars
Queen B is in the running for the Best Original Song award.
Following Monday’s rumors, Beyoncé is officially performing at the 94th Academy Awards.
Last month, the Academy announced that Queen B was nominated for her first Oscar, which made it apparent that she would make an appearance at the ceremony. According to a press release, the artist will not only attend the show, but she will also be taking the stage at this year’s event by delivering her nominated song “Be Alive” from King Richard.
In addition to Beyoncé, fellow Best Original Song nominees Billie Eilish and Finneas will perform “No Time To Die” from the James Bond movie of the same name. Reba McEntire and Sebastián Yatra will also sing their respective songs “Somehow You Do” from Four Good Days and “Dos Oruguitas” from Encanto.
The 2022 Oscars will be broadcasted live on March 27 at 8 p.m. EST.
