FKA twigs' New "Oh My Love" Music Video Offers Self-Care, Love Advice and Nostalgic Vibes
Featuring an old-school nail salon.
FKA twigs‘ new music video for “Oh My Love” is a tribute to self-care when heartbroken. The visuals feature the singer visiting an old-school nail salon, which seems to resemble the 2000s era with a hint of the ’80s.
In the clip, FKA twigs uses the song to vent to her nail tech, who offers her some classic guy advice. FKA twigs sings, “Everybody knows that I want your love/ Why you playin’, baby boy, what’s up?” The nail artist then responds, “Nah, but seriously, on a level, you’re beautiful. F–k crying over these stupid boys that don’t even recognize the worth in themselves. They’re just trying to steal your youth.”
“Oh My Love” appears on the British native’s latest mixtape, Caprisongs, which was released in January.
