With #eyelinerfilter amassing over 400 million views on the app, beauty TikTokers are now using the new eyeliner filter to help do their eye makeup.
When it comes to makeup, there perhaps isn’t a skill more important than mastering the winged eyeliner. Serving as a digital stencil, the TikTok filter reflects a currently trending winged eyeliner look, which includes both a bold outer wing and an extended line at the inner corner of the eye.
