Louis Vuitton Launches Silver Lockit Bracelets For UNICEF
Designed by Virgil Abloh.
Louis Vuitton furthers its partnership with UNICEF with the release of the Silver Lockit bracelet designed by Virgil Abloh. The late designer led the men’s division of the French brand as its Men’s Artistic Director until his untimely death.
Following his first collaboration in 2020, Abloh created a second Silver Lockit bracelet collection to support children in need. The newest collection reimagines the bracelet with new materials and colors as the chain, padlock and Louis Vuitton charm arrive in natural and black titanium with the option of a bold neon yellow, rainbow or seamless black cord bracelet.
Since 2016, Louis Vuitton has raised over $18 million USD for UNICEF through the sale of its Silver Lockit bracelet and pendant collections. Every year, new versions of the Silver Lockit bracelet have been launched to continue supporting the nonprofit’s efforts to help children in conflict situations.
For every Silver Lockit by Virgil Abloh sold, $100 is donated to UNICEF. Available for $465 USD, the bracelet can be purchased on Louis Vuitton’s online store.
