Travis Barker's Met Gala Manicure Tributes Kourtney Kardashian
Old English never looked so new.
At the 2022 Met Gala, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker debuted matching manicures with an Old English twist.
Custom designed by nail artist Naomi Yusada, Barker’s nail design was created with the help of men’s beauty brand FACULTY, using its nail lacquer in the shade “Fader.” Barker’s design featured a striking, black “K” on his right thumbnail, alongside a black cross on his left ring finger, in an Old English-style font. Kourtney Kardashian was also seen sporting a coordinating “T” on her thumb, in the same font as Barker. She showed off the pair’s matching design through her Instagram stories during the night, tagging Travis in the image.
It’s not the first time that Barker and Kardashian have coordinated their beauty looks after Kourtney recently matched her metallic chrome nails to Barker’s tooth gems, and we’re sure that it won’t be the last.
This year’s Met Gala theme was “Gilded Glamor,” and the evening saw a number of celebrity couples taking on the challenge, including Austin Butler and Kaia Gerber and the newly married Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham.
