New Trailer for Jordan Peele's 'Nope' Finally Addresses the Mysterious Confusion in the Sky

Starring Keke Palmer and ‘Get Out’ star Daniel Kaluuya.

Universal Pictures released the final trailer for Nope, an upcoming film written and directed by Jordan Peele.

The movie stars Keke Palmer (Emerald Haywood) and Daniel Kaluuya (Otis Jr.), who play siblings whose dad, Keith Haywood AKA Otis Sr., unexplainably dies. Otis Jr. believes that whatever killed his father is “something above the clouds,” alluding to a possible extraterrestrial lurking figure in the sky that alters human and animal behavior.

Also included in the cast are Steven Yeun, Michael Wincott and Brandon Perea. Based on the trailer, Wincott and Perea’s characters are seemingly trying to help the Haywood siblings get a shot of the object in the sky.

Nope hits theaters on July 22. Watch the trailer above.
